From the moment I walked in, I felt completely taken care of. I was greeted warmly by Kit, who immediately offered me a warm neck pillow (yes, please!) and my choice of coconut water or iced water and that coconut water was fire! 🔥 Kit reviewed my paperwork, let me know everything looked great, and told me I’d be with Liz, reassuring me I was in good hands. A few minutes later, Liz came out to get me and walked me back to the suite. The room smelled amazing, the table was warm, and everything felt calm and inviting. Before starting, Liz asked about my problem areas, and once I shared, she got right to work. Her deep tissue massage and spinal decompression techniques were incredible. When I mentioned my lower back was still a little tight afterward, she didn’t hesitate to go back and make sure it was fully addressed. After the session, Liz walked me up front where Maria helped check me out and book my next appointment she was super friendly and made the process easy. Overall, the entire team at Hand & Stone made my experience smooth, relaxing, and professional from start to finish. I’m already looking forward to seeing Liz again in January. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quality, caring spa experience!

I absolutely enjoy coming to Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa! The front desk staff (Andrea, Jennifer, Kynnedie) is always so warm, welcoming, and professional — they make every visit smooth from start to finish. Aubrey and Chris are both excellent massage therapists who truly know what they’re doing. They’re attentive, skilled, and always make sure I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I genuinely enjoy coming here and highly recommend it!

Spencer was amazing. I have gone to many 5 star spas, especially after living in Waikiki Hawaii. Spencer went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable as well. He took his time to teach me some stretches to do at home to help. He also offered add one which was great - some people and places forget to ask that. He had a happy attitude and overall was one of the best masseuses I have ever had. Thank you for a relaxing session, I will definitely be back.

Valencia was absolutely amazing — professional, attentive, and incredibly skilled. I added the foot scrub and hot Himalayan Salt Stones, and it took the entire 90 minute massage to another level of relaxation. Every detail felt thoughtful and customized to exactly what I needed. Valencia made the session both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. I left feeling refreshed, tension-free, and already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommend asking for Valencia — you won’t be disappointed!

I wanted to leave a review because I have had carpal tunnel and other issues that I have seen a chiropractor and orthopedic specialists for and my relief has been short lived. I started coming to Hand and Stone and working with Spencer and I have had some very targeted sessions and the relief I’ve had I can’t put into words. My husband even noticed that I’m not complaining about my wrist and neck and arms and the range of motion has improved tremendously. I’m able to sleep without the pain in my shoulders and wrist sr night. Spencer is very personable and always makes sure that I am comfortable and informed enough to make decisions about continued care. He is very detailed in his end of session reviews and every suggestion has helped me at home as well. Can’t say thank you enough! Best massage and treatment I have ever had!
